Hospital Policies

Appointment Policy

Patients are seen primarily by appointment although every effort is made to see "walk-in" patients as well. Although unscheduled and unexpected, emergency cases receive top priority, which is why the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time.

For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available. A "drop off" appointment means you could leave your pet with us in the morning for examination and come back later in the day for discharge. You will be notified of the findings by phone when the doctor has examined your pet.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that vaccinations be up to date.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the protection of our staff, our clients, and our patients, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area and exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate pet carrier.

Privacy Policy

South Tyler Animal Clinic recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy. We do not collect or give out information to third party vendors. Your privacy is also protected in our hospital.  At no time is information given out about you or your pet without your consent.
