  • Dr. Bryan Ramsey

    Medical Director

    Dr. Ramsey, a native of East Texas, attended Tyler Junior College before graduating from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. He has practiced in the Tyler area since that time, coming to South Tyler Animal Clinic in 2008 to focus solely on companion animal medicine.

  • Dr. Melanie Muhr

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Muhr, a Tyler native, graduated from Robert E. Lee H.S. in 1996. Following graduation, she attended Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX where she played NCAA Division III soccer for 4 years while earning her bachelor’s degree. She then attended veterinary school at Texas A&M University and graduated in 2004 and returned to Tyler.

  • Dr. Veronica Davies

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Davies is originally from Western New York and moved to Central Florida at a young age.  She attended a local community college, earning her Associate Degree in Arts. Then completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in Zoology. Dr. Davies attended Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May 2015 with honors. She then joined our practice in the fall of 2015. She is recently married to her wonderful and caring husband, Thomas, in 2022. They are avid road trippers and enjoy all types of fishing and camping. They share a house with their four crazy puppy dogs: Romper, Maple, Piper, and Barker.

  • Dr. Megan Dillman

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Dillman was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She became fascinated with the diversity and abilities of dogs and the human-animal bond when she was young. As an undergraduate, observing surgical procedures led her to pursue veterinary medicine. She served as the president of the Baylor Pre-Vet Association for two years and started a program to provide preventative vet care for the feral cats on campus. After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from Baylor University in 2019, she graduated from the Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. She lives with an energetic mixed-breed dog named Nala, who she adopted from the humane society. In her free time she enjoys painting, jiu jitsu, and two-stepping.

  • Jodi Dana

    Office Manager

    Jodi joined our team in July 2001. She handles various aspects of practice management as well as employee relations and customer service.  She and her husband, Tony, enjoy weekend camping trips, fishing, and spending as much time as possible with their grandchildren.  Jodi also enjoys DIY projects and furniture restoration.   They share their home with 2 dogs, Chip and Sisu,  and a diva cat, Snickers.

  • Melissa Barker

    Licensed Vet Technician

    Melissa joined our team in December 2016. She graduated from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in Denver CO in 2003.  She has a passion for internal medicine, pain management, and anesthesia.  Melissa is a boy mom to two. She and her husband Jeff share their home with a boxer and Frenchie, along with a Farm of alpacas, goats, chickens, and a Great Pyrenees that protects them all.  She also rehabs East Texas Wildlife.

  • Kelly Ritch

    Licensed Vet Technician

    Kelly, our registered veterinary technician has been working in veterinary medicine since 1988. She is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University and Tomball College as well as an Army veteran.

  • Whitney Osborn

    Licensed Vet Technician

    Whitney joined our team in February 2020. An Idaho native, she received her degree in veterinary technology in 2008 from the College of Southern Idaho. She has practiced as a licensed technician in Idaho, Washington, and Texas. She and her husband, Levi, along with their son, Devin, enjoy a small quiet lifestyle among family and friends. Some of her hobbies include fitness, crafting, and painting her nails.  She has a spunky corgi mix named Flounder, and a sweet shepherd mix, Scarlet.  Her old kitty, Cloe, doesn’t mind them…too much.

  • Charla Henry

    Licensed Vet Technician

    Charla joined our team in April 2018.  She graduated from high school while living in Santa Fe, Texas.  Charla and her husband, Anthony, have traveled a lot and even lived in Italy while he served in the US Air Force, before moving to Tyler.  She is currently enrolled in a veterinary technician program and will graduate in the Spring of 2022.

  • Hunter Ramsey

    Veterinary Assistant

    Hunter joined our team in December 2020. He graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences and is in the process of applying to veterinary school. He has a handsome German shorthair named Sarge, who he loves to take upland hunting. In his free time he enjoys playing board games, attending concerts, and traveling.

  • Ginny Krudewig

    Receptionist

    Ginny joined our team in February 2017. She was previously trained as a veterinary technician and has her CVA I certification. Ginny enjoys assisting clients and pets alike, and loves seeing everyone and their furry friends. Her favorite part of her job is seeing all the wonderful pets come through the doors.

  • Mary Lewis

    Receptionist

    Mary joined our practice in February of 2004. She is one of the friendly voices that you will hear when you call our clinic. She also assists our clients and their pets upon arrival for appointments.

  • Kelsey Griffith

    Receptionist

    Kelsey joined our team in January 2020 as a receptionist.  She graduated from West Rusk High School in May 2019, and plans on pursuing a career as a veterinary technician.

  • Rachel Evans

    Veterinary Assistant

    Rachel joined our team August 2021. She assists them in any way needed. Her love for animals stems from her parents raising her with a house full of dogs, cats, and any creature they could rescue. She and her husband now rescue and foster dogs as well.
